1.Returns:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

2. How to initiate a return:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

-Please indicate your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

-Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

3. Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange:

5. Delinquent or missing reimbursements:
